Ways to work with Julie

There are several ways dancers can work with me to achieve their goals or return to dance after injury. Check them out below and let me know if you have any questions !

1. Individual 1:1 Sessions This option gives you the most tailored approach. Initial sessions dial in to the dancers strengths, weaknesses and goals. Sessions can be Face to Face at my home studio in Mooroolbark or online as a telehealth appointment. For more information and to book a session click the Learn More link below.

2. Small Groups Have a friend or two? Join together and have a series of small group sessions. This can be Face to Face or at the home clinic in Mooroolbark. Dancers will still need to have an individual session to ensure I have all the important information I need to tailor the exercise sessions to best benefit the dancer. Click Learn More link below for more information and to book.

3. 10- Week Online Program This program runs at different times during the year. Up to 10 dancers at a time will take part. Each will have an individual assessment then commence in the course. The course goes through the various parts and structures of the body and how they relate to dancing. With injury prevention in mind, the dancers are led through the process of putting together their own strength and conditioning program and they come away with the tools to progress or regress the exercises as required. Click the Learn More link below for more information and to register for the next available course.

4. Dance Workshops - Do you think the dancers at your school could benefit from learning about injury prevention? I offer 1/2, Full Day and Full Weekend (2 days) workshops which can be tailored to your preferences. While this option has less tailoring per dancer, its a great option to get started at a group price. For more information and to request a brochure, click Learn More below.
