Small group sessions are limited to 2 or 3 clients, allowing for some individualised attention within a group setting. 45 or 60 min sessions available. 


Clients will need to attend a 45 minute initial screening session before attending your strength and conditioning, injury prevention or injury rehabilitation group sessions (charged at regular individual initial assessment rates). This allows for each client to be assessed individually, goals established, and teach some basic principles before attending their regular sessions.


Sessions will focus on:

  • Strengthening core muscles

  • Hip stabilisation

  • Ankle and foot strength

  • Upper body / Posture

  • Flexibility

  • Other individualised areas identified during screening sessions
