Group online sessions will be available in 2026. Sessions will focus on the fundamental areas dancers need for strong and safe dance practice. 45min sessions will include exercises for:

​

  • Strengthening core muscles

  • Hip stabilisation

  • Ankle and foot strength

  • Upper body / Posture

  • Flexibility

  • Other individualised areas identified during screening sessions
