Welcome to Dancewright's 3-day summer school program, designed to equip young dancers with essential tools to reduce the risk of injuries, improve strength for dance-specific movements, and learn about long term strength and conditioning practices before moving into the new year.
Delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with dance and choreographing experience, you can be sure that your instructor Julie understands the demands and challenges of dance, and how strength training can help dancers build a foundation for safer dance and reducing the risk of injury.
What you need to know...

~ The program is delivered over three days
~ It is delivered online (Zoom) in a group setting
~ Session times are 10am - 12pm each day
~ The program is suitable for dancers 10 - 16 years old, and
~ Suitable for currently uninjured dancers*
