Hi! My name is Julie, and I am the founder of

Dancewright: Strength and Conditioning for Dancers.



I am PASSIONATE about helping dancers continue dancing for as long as possible.

My MISSION is to help dancers of all styles and levels become STRONGER and SAFER dancers, helping to AVOID INJURY, by providing evidenced based personal training.

I strongly believe that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, so my aim is to help all dancers to better understand their bodies and how they work.
