I am PASSIONATE about helping dancers continue dancing for as long as possible.


My MISSION is to help dancers of all styles and levels become STRONGER and SAFER dancers, helping to AVOID INJURY, and REHABILITATE properly from injury by providing evidenced based Exercise Physiology Services.

I strongly believe that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, so my aim is to help all dancers to better understand their bodies and how they work.
